CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†"The Executive Branch is authorized to contract at the Central Bank of Bolivia, or any of the credit institutions of the paA-s, a loan up to the sum of Bs. 650,000,â€" with the interest and amortisation that rijan in the said Bank or institutions, with destination to the execution in Villa Eufronio Viscarra, Second Municipal Secciance of the Mízque Province, of the Department of Cochabamba, of the following public works:

Captation of drinking water .................. Bs. 500,000.†"

Building walls and a

Chapel in General Cemetery .......... Bs. 150.000.†"

ArtA-ass 2A ° .â€"The interest and amortisation service of the aforementioned undertaking will be serviced, until its cancellation, with the total return on the tax on the chicha and the total return on the tax to the value cadastral of the properties of the aforementioned Second Municipal Secciation, recognized by Law of 17 November 1947 and by the Supreme Decree NA °. 315 of April 30, 1945, respectively.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"The execution and control of the works that are within the present law, will be in charge of the Sub-Committee of Public Works of Villa Eufronio Viscarra.

4A ° .†"As long as the undertaking referred to in Article 1A is not placed, the resources to be used in the Art. 2A ° to serve the service of interest and amortisation shall be deposited and accumulated up to the limit of the said undertaking in the Central Bank of Bolivia of the city of Cochabamba, in a special account to be called "Undertaking for Public Works of Villa Viscarra".
