CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†"The following taxes and surcharges are created for the public works of the city of Tarija.

1.â €" Two Bolivians per litre of alcohol to be produced in the Department.

2.a € " Two Bolivians for salt at the department, as well as the one that is explored within its jurisdiction.

3.a € "Recargo of two, five and ten percent ad-valorem, on import of luxury items that are imported to the Department, regulated by the Executive Branch.

4.a €" Fifty cents per litre of gasoline consumed in the The Department of Tarija, authorized to Y. P. F. B. to raise the selling price of said product for equal value. The difference in price charged per liter of gasoline between Yacuiba Villazón and the city of Tarija.

5.â € "Five Bolivians for wooden sleeper that is prepared or worked in the Department, which will pay the buyer.

9.†"1% charge in the 2 and ½% tax referred to in the Supreme Decree of December 31, 1943 on transfer of real estate that is effected in the Department.

10.â€" The 1% tax surcharge on commercial, industrial utilities of the Department.

11.a € "Cien Bolivianos for all transfer of motor vehicles motorized in the Department.

Payment of the expropriations for the construction of the Avenue Luis de Fuentes to the RA-or Guadalquivir and other construction works.
