LAW NO 2437 LAW OF DECEMBER 21, 2002

GONZALO SÁNCHEZ DE LOZADA CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law: THE HONORABLE CONGRESS NATIONAL, D E C R E T A: UNICO ARTICLE.- In accordance with Article 59º, attribution 12, of the Constitution of the State, the Accession of Bolivia to the Convention on Transferences of Condemned Persons, of the Council of Europe, is approved, open to the signed on 21 March 1983 in Strasbourg and in force from 1 July 1985. Refer to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes. It is given in the Session Room of the Honorable National Congress, at the eighteen days of the month of December two thousand two years.
