PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the State, I approved the Loan Agreement No. 2238 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), on 27 July. November 2009, in the amount of up to $US 101,000,000.-(ONE HUNDRED MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to support the financing? Renewable Energy Hydroelectric Program Misicuni?.

Remitase to the Executive Body for Constitutional Purposes

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of May of year two thousand ten.
