THE H. NATIONAL CONVENTION

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass Supreme Resolution of 14 September 1938, which provides for the cessation of 5,967.45 square meters of the tax land located in the Miraflores region of this city, in favor of the Association of Journalists.

ArtA-arse 2A ° .†"The transfer of 5,273.65 is authorized to the Executive Branch (i) the first level of land will be reduced considerably as an effect of the urbanization and opening of streets in the area, and should also be compensated, with equivalent surfaces that were subsequently expropriated to the indicated Association.
