DECRETA:
unique ArtA-ass. †"Reform of the Law of the Policy of the Law of December 3, 1888, in its corresponding articles, alter the order of the articles according to the following attachments and modifications:
ArtA-cles 2o. and 3o. †" The business of the Public Administration will be dispatched by eight Ministries, whose attributions and distribution will be agreed upon by the President of the Republic.
SECTION ELEVENTH
Of the Public Health
