FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo nico.†" Of the performance that the National Congress produces tax on alcohols and spirits in the Department of Chuquisaca, affected By Article 3A of the Supreme Decree of 17 October 1939, the four per cent referred to in paragraph (b) of the law of 5 December 1940 is excluded, for the purpose of the service of the undertaking for the drinking water and the light of the city of Camargo.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
