BY HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-ass 1A °.â€ " The Articles 242, 243 and the Article 229 of the Article 229 of the Law of Judicial Organization, are modified as follows:
"ArtA-ass 242.â€ " The Parochial Mayors will know the causes for personal, real and mixed actions on movable property, up to the value of one hundred Bolivians with no other recourse than that of appeal to the Judge Instructor, and with those of appeal and For the Judge Instructor and Judge of the Party respectively, up to the value of five hundred Bolivians.
Article 243.a € You will also know, with equal resources, of the causes for real and mixed actions on real estate whose value exceeds one hundred Bolivians up to five hundred, and with only that of If the value does not exceed one hundred Bolivians.
ArtA-ass 229.â€ " Tax 3. â€" To know of the causes for personal, real and mixed actions on movable or immovable property, ordinary or executive, from five hundred to Five thousand Bolivians, including, in a written trial of a lesser amount, and five thousand to ten thousand Bolivians in a written trial of greater jurisdiction, with appeal in both cases before the Judge of the Party and the appeal for annulment before the District Court, as to procedures in force. "
ArtA-ass 2A °.â€" Please read the laws of October 28, 1890, the laws of September 20, 1917 and all those that oppose the present.
Article 3A °.â€ " The causes in current limit, will pass before the indicated judges previously with a hold of the quantA-a set, and must have those that have an executed statement, continue for execution in the home courts.
