President constitutional of it Repašblica as, the Congress national has sanctioned the following law: the Congress national, DECREED Arta-culo 1a °. a€ "the second section of the province Abaroa of the Department of Oruro is constituted in province independent of the first section, with the name of" LADISLAO CABRERA ", having by capital SALINAS of GARCI MENDOZA."
