THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-ass 1A °.â€ " The ad-valorem tax created by the article 8A °. of the Law of April 17, 1941, on coca, cafÃ©, cacao, locoto and other products, is intended for the construction of the following roads, in each of the affected provinces of the Department of Cochabamba:
PROVINCE CHAPARE: 1A ° .â€ " Camino Ramal from the Kilometer 125 (Abra del Limbo del Troncal Cochabamba-Puerto MamorÃ©) to Rocco Rancho (Playa de Yungas del Espa-ritu Santo).
2A ° .â€ "Camino Colomi a Locotal by Chua-Laguna or Incachaça.
3A ° .â€" Camino Colomi, Corani, Santa Rosa, with ramal to the Yungas de Tablas.
PROVINCE CARRASCO: 1A ° .â€ " Camino Monte Punco, Arecho, Icrib, ChimorA©.
2A ° .â€ "Camino Totora, Tiraque, Chuquioma.
3A ° .â€" Camino Pojo a Yungas de MamorA©.
PROVINCE ARANI: 1A ° .â€ "Camino Tiraque, Churo, Santa Rosa, Vandiola-Ivirizu, and splice camino Cochabamba" Puerto MamorA©.
ArtA-ass 2A °.â€ "The percentage of this ad-valorem tax will be divided asA-: five percent will pay the producer for Yungas extraction and the other five percent will pay the buyer.

Once the road to Locotal is built, the resources resulting from the tax on the products of the Palmar, EspA-ritu Santo and Corani or La Victoria, will be destined for the extension of the road of Rocco Rancho, Icona and Pampa Grande of Corani.
ArtA-culo 5A °.â€ " The tax corresponding to coca, cafÃ©, cacao and locoto that is produced on both sides of the RA-or Chapare, and right of the RA-os San Mateo and Ivirizu in the province of Chapare is intended exclusively for the construction of a bridge that crosses from San Antonio to the most right rgen of the RA-or San Mateo or San Antonio.
