THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

unique ArtA-article.†" It rises to eight percent and twenty percent the the percentage referred to in points (b) and (c) respectively of the law of 5 December 1940, and from 30 August 1941, in the corresponding paragraph, concerning the undertaking for public works in Camargo.
