THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-cull 1o.â€" Crate in the Department of the Beni two new provinces, with the denominations of "MarbÃ n" and "MamorA©".
ArtA-arse 2A °.â€ " The province " MarbÃ ¡ nâ€ • you will have the capital to Loreto and will consist of two municipal sections: the first formed by Loreto and the cantons Sachhojere and San Antonio; the second section will have the capital of San Andréns, with the cantons San Lorenzo and Perota³.
ArtA-Aculo 3A °.â€ "The capital of the province" Mamor�n " will be San Joaqua-n. It will be formed by two municipal sections: the first will consist of San Joaqua-n and the canton Puerto Siles; and the second will have capital to San Ramón, with the Cantonese Las Pampitas.
