ENRIQUE PEA'ARANDA President constitutional DE LA Repašblica since, Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo 1a °. â €"the waters that run by canals and ditches in the urban areas and that according to the municipalities or health authorities are harmful to the health of the inhabitants, will be piped or covered n at the simple request of corresponding officials" , in case of resistance of the owners of the soil, the works are Ejecutara by the municipalities, the coercive collection for reimbursement of costs in the process. The amount of the work will be paid by installments within a period determined in relation to the economic status of the debtor-owner.
