FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
ArtA-arse 1A °.â€ " The Executive Branch is authorized to -to hire in any of the institutions of credit of the paA-s, an undertaking by the AMOUNT OF ONE MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs. 1,000,000,â€ ") with exclusive destination to the construction of school buildings in Warnes, Montero and General Saavedra, capitals of the province Warnes and its two municipal sections, respectively, in the following proportions:
a) Buildings for the Children's schools and
men in the capital Warnes? ??????. Bs. 500,000.â€ "
b) Building for the Mixta school of Montero??." 250.000.â€ "
c) Building for the Saavedra Mixta School? ..." 250.000.â€ "
ArtA-ass 2A °.â€" As a guarantee-to the undertaking and for the service of interest and amortisation, the resources determined by Law of 21 November 1940, which creates and allocates special yields for the construction of public buildings in the Province Warnes.
ArtA-ass 3A °.â€ " The administration of the funds of the undertaking, will be carried out by the Board of Alcoins Departmental of Santa Cruz, with the intervention of the Chief of District School and the Subprefect of the Warnes Province. This Board will convene proposals with the legal formalities, for the execution of the works.
ArtA-ass 4A °.â€" Please take the items 3A ° and 5A ° of the Law of November 21, 1940.
