FOR HOW much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1A °.â€" AutorA-zase to the Executive Branch the contract of a The internal period up to the amount of TWO MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs). 2,000,000,†") destined exclusively for the following works:
a) Captation of drinking water and installation of light and power in the city of Betanzos;
b) Captation of drinking water and electrical light in Chaqua-, Tacobamba and Millares.
ArtA-arse 2A °.†" For the redemption and service of interest of this undertaking, the following taxes and obligations are created:
a) Thirty cents per litre of spirit to be produced in the same province Cornelio Saavedra;
b) Twenty cents per annum per square metre not built on radios Greater than the Villas of Betanzos, Chaqua-and Tacobamba;
