ENRIQUE PEA'ARANDA C. CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAŠBLICA.
Inasmuch as the H. Congreso Nacional, has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress DECREES: Arta-culo 1a °. â €"as reward from the State to the poet Gregorio Reynolds who has provided valuable services to the Paa-s in the fields of diplomacy and education PA Fifth Republic, is assigned a lifetime pension, with the rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, which have Fijara the Ministry of Foreign Affairs" , according to the provisions of Supreme Decree of January 18, 1940.
