DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†" The global subdue for the years 1938 and 1939 granted by the Department of PotosA-in favor of the provinces Alonso of Ibà ¡ à ± ez and Bilbao and that it reaches 167,000 Bolivians currently deposited in the Central Bank of PotosA-, they are destined to water collection, construction of local teaching and acquisition of school furniture in the following districts:

Arampampa" 48.500,†"

Accasio" 30.000.†"

Caripuyo" 30.000.†"

Article 2A °.â€" The Public Works of the four districts mentioned in the previous article, will raise to knowledge and approval of the General Directorate of Public Works, their respective budgets and job plan for the effects of your approval.

You will also be required to render documented account of all investments.
