THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° †" The mineral taxes referred to in Article 10 of the Law of April 17, 1941, that is, ten Bolivians (Bs. 10.†") for every 46 kilograms of wolfram and six Bolivians (Bs. 6.†") For every 46 kilograms of staA ± or extracted from the province of Sud Yungas, it shall be destined for public works in the circumscription of the cantons of Yanacachi and Villa Aspiazu.
ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The works to be carried out with such works funds, are the following:
Road from Yanacachi to Villa Aspiazu and the community of Mocoya.
Road from Chacalla to Villa Aspiazu.
Installing drinking water in the towns of Yanacachi and Villa Aspiazu.
Reparation of horseshoe roads of the Yanacachi ring and Villa Aspiazu.
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The general directions of road and water will have the investment of these funds and the technical management of the works in charge.
