CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much, The H. National Convention has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONVENTION,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass. †" Declare national roads that link the departments of Beni and Santa Cruz, along the route" Yungas-Totora-Cochabamba ", to a navigable port on the Ichilo River.

ArtA-culo 2o. †" Increasing the funds that are collected for 10% ad valorem to the extra-da coca of the Province Carrasco of the Department of Cochabamba and that are used in the construction of road roads linking the three departments, will be established in the General Budget of the National Union, as a contribution of the State, the departure of a million Bolivians (Bs. 1,000,000,†") annual, until the completion of the indicated paths.

ArtA-ass 3o. †" The General Direction of Viality will be in charge of providing the technical elements and implements necessary for the works of the three roads, for the account of the State.

ArtA-ass 4. †" The road-lending arms of the Carrasco Province will be used with preference in the construction of the roads that the present law can be used for.

ArtA-culo 5o. †" From the taxes that the law of April 17, 1941 in the Carraco Province, is destined for 20% to the construction of a Hotel-Theatre in the city of Totora. This sum will be delivered to the Mayor-to Municipal for that investment.

ArtA-ass 6o. †" The Mayor-to Municipal will deliver to the Society Pro-Totora, the local contiguous to the market PAºblico to be destined to Social House and the Salons of the Public Acts.
