DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" From the national funds voted by Supreme Resolution dated February 21, last, -The sum of Hundred fifty thousand Bolivians (Bs. 150,000.00) for compensation to the victims of the Punata province of the Department of Cochabamba, as a result of the river flooding, which is currently registered.
ArtA-culo 2o.†" The assigned item will be immediately delivered, through the departmental Prefecture, to the Subprefecture of the province, which should organize a Comit⩠for the assessment and qualification of damage.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
