For how much: The H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" It is created at the National School of Teachers of Sucre a Seccionio Superior of Teaching Perfection, designed to form the managerial staff and National Education administrator.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" The time of study will last a year, receiving the students as a penalty the A-ntegro that they perceive in the active service, must be computed that year for the effects of retirement.

Article 3o. â€" Ing to this section the standard teachers with five continuous service years and the declared holders if they are interim.

ArtA-culo 4o.†" HarA ¡ la éleccionation de postulantes la Direccionía General de Educació, based on a A contest of methods that accredit the efficiency of the stakeholders, their spirit of superation and personal trabjos didAs cticos or theocios during their teaching service.
