DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo nico.†" To the University Treasury of Oruro modifA-canse the following taxes:

a) Else the university tax on bottle of beer or other alcoholic beverage of national origin, consumed in the Department of Oruro, up to equal the sum of different taxes on the same items that is charged in the Department of La Paz;

b) Else to 8% the surcharge university on the sale price of each bottle of alcoholic beverages from foreign origin, which is imported to the Department of Oruro.

Communal-to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
