THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-cull lo.†"ModifA-case point" c " in its clA user (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of Article 3o. of the Law of 5 January 1945, and relevant provisions of the Law of December 31, 1945, allocating the 5% to which it refers, to the following public works of the province Velasco:
a) 30% as a subvenciation to vicariate Chiquitos ' apostolate as an initial fund for the construction of the new temple in San Ignacio de Velasco.
b) 20% as a subdue to the Municipality of San Ignacio de Velasco for the service of drinking water.
c) 8% for the acquisition of a school premises in Santa Ana de Velasco.
d) 8% for the acquisition of a school In San Rafael de Velasco.
e) 8% of the acquisition of a school premises in Santa Rosa de la Roca.
f) 13% for the construction of a health post in San Ignacio de Velasco.
g) 8% as a subdue the Municipality of San Miguel de Velasco for the construction of a landing strip in that locality.
h) 5% for repairs and extensions in the school building of San Ignacio de Velasco.
ArtA-arse 2A °.†" The other 5 % for the Law of 5 January 1945, allocated to public works in the province of The CHA is intended for the following works:
a) 30% for the acquisition of furniture, useful and other goods destined for the hospital of Concepción.
b) 15% for the construction and repair of the road from Madrecita to ConcepciÃto, passing through the town of San Javier.
c) 15% for the repair of the road Palmarito-Conception by the route of San Agusta-n.
d) 5% for the repair of the road from Los Caféns to El Puente by the VA-to San Francisco.
e) 15% to subsidise the Municipality of Conception for the repair of its premises.
f) 15% for To subsidize the Municipality of San Javier for the completion of its premises.
g) 5% for the repair of the road Palmarito-Concepción by the route Cerro Pelado.
