ENRIQUE HERTZOG G. Constitutional President of the Repašblica as: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the H. Congress national DECREES: Arta-culo loa€ "whole new industry that is established in the departments of Pando and Beni, by the PEAR-period of five years from the Codelcoâ of this law, is exempt from the payment of national, departmental and municipal taxes whatever their concept to exception of the personal income.
Arta-culo 2o.a€ "constructions and buildings that, for the same industrial purpose, arrive in those departments, are equally released from such taxes, by the same pear-period of time.
