For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

unique ArtA-article.†" The article 4 is amended. of the Law of 20 May of the present year, in the following terms: paragraph (i) of Article 51 of the Law of 20 December 1945, is worded as follows: in order to attend to the tax credits within the scope of this Law of Tax credit extension.

Transitional Article.†" Within the authorization set forth by this law and the one agreed by the present law of 20 May of this year, the Central Bank shall deliver in preference and in respect of Daily newspaper, the sum of forty million Bolivians, in order to make the Bank AgrA-cola buy the national product of rubber, as established by the Supreme Decree of April 10 of the year. The State, through the Banco Agra-cola, will be in charge of distributing and placing the rubber both within the Treaty signed with the Argentine Republic and within any other agreement to be signed in the future, with the exclusive aim of achieving a price the average in favor of the producers, discounted to be the corresponding bank commission, for operations with the State. The Agra-cola Bank will subscribe to the rubber purchase contracts in the country, directly with the producers or through the trade mark of the producing areas, distributing equitably the quotas to each department, between large, medium and small industrialists.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
