For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS,
DECRTA:†"
ArtA-culo lo. †" From national funds Obligations of the State, by the economic management of 1948, the sum of Two hundred thousand Bolivians is voted (Bs. EUR 200,000.â€) , to the effect that the State, through the Ministry of Education, will be responsible for raising a geographical, political, historical and economic study of the new Department Pando, while fixing its departmental and provincial lines, in order to support the current deficiency that is noted in schools, schools and institutes of teaching, as regards the knowledge of the new entity department.
Article 2o.†" The Executive Branch shall regulate this law:
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
