For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-cull lo.†"The University of" San Simón " is authorized to arbororize, through its Faculty of Agronoma-a, all the lands of fiscal property that surrounds the Alalay and La Angostura dams, as well as the most distribution of distribution channels, within the zone that to this end will delimit the General Direction of the Riegos.
ArtA-culo 2o.†" The University is free to choose the appropriate forest varieties, and must run on its own the care and conservation of the plantations it takes.
ArtA-cull 3o†" To this end the free use of irrigation water is granted from the indicated dams for as long as the needs of the University is required.
ArtA-culo 4o.†" The right of purpose of the aforementioned institution is recognized on the merituadas plantations, with exclusive carA for the term of 80 years, being able, therefore, to exploit them with
ArtA-ass 5o" In compensation for the benefit the University may obtain, it undertakes to return all the land it receives. In the case of a user, suitably arbised and expired is fixed in the Article 4.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
