For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" With part or all of the own funds of the Pando Department, as referred to in the laws of 5 January and 31 From 1945, the Ministry of Public Works will be able to deliver to private individuals under contract, and within the guarantee-as and specifications that it considers appropriate the following works:
a) Plant of production of energy-to electrical the city of Cobija, with a view to its extension to Villa Busch and Porvenir
b) Terraplenado and works of art in the construction of the Decauville, that a Cobija with Porvenir, with more the acquisition of the rails, more machines and engines Diessel which are required.
