For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-article 1o. "AutorA-zase to the H. City Council of Tarija, to transfer to the Social and Sports Club" El Molino " from the same city, the old house of its property located on Bolivar Street, the same one that was donated by the extinct Trinidad Peralta, in order for its social home to be built in it.
ArtA-ass 2o.†" In case of not making any construction the mentioned Club in the term of four years since the promulgation of this law, or that it is disband said entity, the house quoted will revert to the property of the same H. Council
Communicate to the Executive Branch for Constitutional Purposes.
