For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" For the purposes of the contribution and payment of the mortuary fee established by Law of December 31, 1940, of the judicial officers in current exercise and of the retirees, the following categories are fixed:
the. Categorical-†"Those who perceive to be up to Bs.1,500 .. â€" will contribute with Bs. 10.00 monthly.
2a. Categora-a. †" Those who perceive a number of Bs. 1,501.00 to Bs. 3,000.00, will contribute to Bs. 25,00 monthly.
3a. Categora-a. †" Those who perceive a being of Bs. 3,001.00, up to Bs. 5,000.00, will contribute to Bs. 35.00 monthly.
4a. Categora-a. †"Those who perceive the number of Bs. 5,001.00 onwards, with Bs. 50.00 monthly.
Article 2o.â€" For the purposes of the benefit of the Mortuary Fee, the following scale is fixed:
a) The first category-to be perceived as Bs. 12.000.00.
b) The second-rate categories-to be perceived as Bs. 25,000.00.
c) The third-rate categories-to be perceived as Bs. 35,000.00.
d) The fourth categorical-to be perceived as Bs. 50,000.00.
ArtA-culo 3o.†" These discounts will be fixed in the respective box of the monthly budgets and will be discounted in the Office of the Departmental Subtreasury and remesados to the Pension Fund, MontepA-s and Judicial Retires, under the responsibility of the Subtreasury.
ArtA-culo 4o.†"The right to receive this" Mortuary Fee "is for the widow, parents and children of the deceased, in accordance with the rules of the civil law.
Article 5o.â€" All that is created with The right to the "Mortuary quota" will be presented to the District Court, with the background that accredits its condition of heir, such as the declaratory settled by a judicial order, owing the Superior Court, in view of the documents accompanying, failure to self-motivated if there is a place or nA³ to the application, proceeding in the first Case to be given notice to the Judicial Box, to whom to send a legalized copy of the respective order for its fulfillment and to immediately make the corresponding consignment in favor of the interested one through the Subdepartmental Subtreasury.
