ArtA-culo 1o.†"In tribute to the memory of the one who had been informed of the server of the country doctor Don Santiago Vaca Guzmà ¡ n, in the first centenary of his birth, he called the" Villa Vaca Guzmän " to the people of Muyupampa, capital of the second section of the Azero province of Department of Chuquisaca.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The State will collect and reedit on its own the intellectual works the author of which has been referred to by Dr. Santiago Vaca Guzmà ¡ n, for which he will register in the General Budget of the Born in the management of 1948, the sum of three hundred thousand Bolivians.
