ArtA-culo lo.†" AutorA-zase al Banco Central de Bolivia grant the Comisión Mixta Ferroviaria Argentino-Boliviana, an advance in Account Current up to the sum of ten million Bolivians, for the term of six months renewable in form , for the attention of their needs in the construction of the Railways Yacuiba-Santa Cruz and Tarabucoa€" Boyuibe.
Article 2A °.†" The Joint Commission will use the funds withdrawn in the works it builds, for which the progress in Current Account should be established in the Agency of the Bank Bolivia's Central Yacuiba.
ArtA-culo 3o.†" The Executive Branch will guarantee this credit with the general income of the Nacio.
