For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the Next Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull lo.†" The construction of a wall of diversion to the height of the Toco cantonal in the RA-or of Siches in the extension of 1,200 meters, is authorized. the supervision and control of the Directorate of the Riegos of Cochabamba and a Comité formed by five representatives appointed by the owners and the Secretary General of the Agrarian Union of Cliza.

ArtA-culo 2o.†" The funds that demand such construction will be provided in the following form:

a) contribution of the owners who are beneficiaries of the work in the proportion of one hundred Bolivians by land of land according to the extent they possess.

b) A million bolivianos of the funds created by Law of 8 November 1945 belonging to the province and that are deposited in the Central Bank in account special

c) Bs. 793.650.79 of the funds corresponding to the same province under the third subparagraph of Article 3o of the Law of 20 May 1947 which amplifies the tax credit

Article 3o.†" Until the conclusion of the the work indicated in this Law, the owners will be in charge of facilitating the voluntary loan of indispensable arms, according to the established custom, known with the name "Varajo".

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
