For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1o. †" Free from the payment of customs duties and taxes, with the exception of those of the state and university, all imports of machinery, accessories and other implements intended for the establishment of new industries in the paA-s, for the term of five years.
Article 2o. †" For equity, the benefits of this Law, the entities or persons that have been in the process of being released to the national authorities from the 1st. of January 1946.
ArtA-culo 3o. †" The Executive Branch will regulate this law.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
