DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.†" While rija in the paA-s the ration of tinjalata and towhose, the puff quotas destined for the alcohol industry will be distributed in proportion to the taxes paid on production of alcohol in the quarter before each allocation, and the quotas of all distributed by the merchants registered in the Commercial Registry and in the respective Department of Departmental Trade marks.

ArtA-culo 2o. †" Also provided will be provided to the manufacturers of preserved products, according to their production capacity.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
