ArtA-culo lo.â€" Twenty cent tax (Bs. 0.20) per litre of petrol; ten cents (Bs. 0.10) per litre of crude oil and five cents (Bs. 0.05) per liter of fuel oil, which is consumed in the Department of Chuquisaca, destined for construction, conservation and improvement of roads in the same Department.
ArtA-culo 2o.â€ " These taxes will be collected by the Bolivian Petroleum and Fissacales de Chuquisaca oil fields, the same ones that will deposit the collections monthly in the Central Bank of Bolivia in a special account "Pro-Caminos de Chuquisaca" in order of the Prefecture of the Department.
