For how much: the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The expiration of all the concessions of tax land granted in the Department of Tarija whose dealers have not worked, populated, or complied with the laws and regulations of colonization.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" All concessions of fiscal forests granted in the same Department are declared to expire, prohibiting the export of raw wood, in logs, in beams. The sawmills, industrial installations and tertiary wood bricas that are established in the appointed Department, are released from the payment of customs duties, national and departmental taxes, created or to be created, for twenty years.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" All taxes and duties on wood export, in whatever form, will benefit the provincial wood-producing districts, giving the said revenue to the construction of the Schools. Primary.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" All the tax lands that are located within the urban radius of the cities of Yacuiba, Villamontes, Carapara-, are declared as municipal property. The former Villamontes delegational house is intended for Secondary College.

ArtA-culo 5A ° †" Organize a Commission Review of Tax Concessions Concessions-Titles, composed of the following staff: a Chief, a Secretary-Advocate, a Cartöngrapher and four Alarifes, with the following purposes:

To dictate, with full powers, the reverie of lands to the State of all concessions that have not been fulfilled with the laws of Colonization, work and population.

Grant concessions from the same or other lands that the State, to the current residents or workers of these lands.

ArtA-culo 6A ° †" All the contrary laws will be repealed, the delegation of the Gran Chaco and the Fora-n Campero will be abolished.
