For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" Being insufficient resources obtained by Law of 8 December of 1944, the mayor is authorized to Municipal of Punata to expand the Until the sum of Bs. 4,000,000,â € " (four million Bolivians) in the Central Bank of Bolivia or another institution of credit, with the interest and amortisation currents in square, with destiny to the conclusion of the works of capture of the water and sewerage of the city of Punata, which are in full execution.

Article 2A ° †" The said undertaking shall be in accordance with the own resources set out in that Law of 8 December 1944, or:

15% (15%) of the yield of the muko tax, corresponding to the Punata district; and

The total municipal tax return on the corambre of the indicated locality.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" The funds referred to in this extension shall be deposited in the" Board " account Municipal of Punata " in the Central Bank of the city of Cochabamba, and managed by the expressed Municipality, under the supersurveillance of the Comptroller-a and General Direction of the Ulica.
