For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned, the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" With destination for the installation and maintenance of the electricity and water services of the towns of Puerto SuA ¡ rez, Roboré and San José de Chiquitos, the tax of a Bolivian is created (Bs.1.â € ") which must be paid by the seller, for each sleeper, wooden subways of wood or to be sold in that province.

Article 2A ° †" This tax shall be levied in the province by the municipalities depositing the sums collected in the province. a special account that will be opened at the Central Bank Agency of Puerto SuA ¡ rez and RoborA© and that it will be called "Service water Potable and light power of the province Chiquitos", and deal with acquisitions in the field as the case of the Commission Mixed that builds the Corumbá Railway to Santa Cruz, it will be discounted directly by that Commission and deposited in the indicated account.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" Likewise and for the services mentioned in Article 1A of this Law, any exporter of wood or read to pay the amount of two Bolivians (Bs. 2.†") For each cónico metro that is extracted and exported from the province Chiquitos by the Customs of Puerto SuA ¡ rez, deposit such performance in the account indicated in the second article.

ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The taxes created under this law of this Law, shall be, for the term of ten years.
