For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° †" The following taxes are created for public works in the Province Department of Peace Murillo:
Half a percent of the value of any sale of minerals and metals that are extracted from the province Murillo by the miners.
One percent of the value of all settlement in the sale of minerals and metals that are exploited by the
The one and a half percent of the value of liquidation by sale of minerals and metals extracted-two by large miners of the district.
Bolivianos ten (Bs. 10.†") for each kilogram of fine gold that is exploited in the Province.
Article 2A ° †" The above resources will be discounted by the Mining Bank of Bolivia and the corresponding customs, and must be deposited in special account in the Central bank of Bolivia, under the name "Public Works in the Province of Murillo", and its investment must be carried out according to the Comité de Obras PAºblicas of each of the sections of the province, the Deputy of the District, a Representative of the Ministry of Public Works and a representative of the Controller-General of the Republic.
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The resources coming from the item 1A ° will be destined for the following works:
Thirty percent (30%) for building housing for workers in the Milluni mining seat;
Twenty per cent (20%) for the road road Ajani-Zongo-Choro;
15% (15%) for the construction of the Government House in Amocalla;
15% (15%) for the construction of a Hotel in Palca;
Ten percent (10%) for the construction of a Government House in Mecapaca;
Five percent (5%) for the acquisition of a power plant in Cohoni;
Five percent (5%) for the collection of drinking water and construction of the Government House in the district Kollana. The government house will be built in the own land that the Kollana community has in the main square.
ArtA-Aculo 4A ° †" The Executive Branch is authorized to contract at the Central Bank, an undertaking of Ten Million bolivianos (Bs. € 10,000,000,€ ') , within the tax credit limit that agrees to the bank institution of the Law of 20 May 1947. This period will accrue from four percent (4%) and the amortisation of ten percent (10%) year-on-year.
ArtA-ass 5A ° †" Once the works indicated in the article 3A are completed, the resources from this law, will apply to different public works in the province of Murillo, according to their needs.
ArtA-culo 6A ° †" Taxes on mining production will be effective, provided that the prices are maintained at a price -A-or $usa-m. 0.76 per pound fine, wolfram $usa. 20 for ten kilos, lead $usa. 0.15 per pound, antimony $usa, 3.5 for ten kilos and copper $usa. 0.18 per pound.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
