For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" In compliance with The Law of 5 January 1945 and Article 8A of the Law of 20 May 1947, the Central Bank of Bolivia will grant to the Executive Branch an undertaking for works of improvement of the service of the drinking water of the city of Oruro and sanitary works and In the same departmental capital for thirty-five million Bolivian pesos, within the limit of tax credits with the interest of four percent, cumulative initial depreciation of six percent and the commission of a quarter percent annually.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The undertaking, always in compliance with the laws mentioned in the previous article, will be invested in the following way:

Thirty million bolivianos by concept of cumulative quotas of the State, for the works of drinking water;

Five million For the works of sanitation and pavements of the city of Oruro.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The service, of the undertaking is guaranteed with the general resources of the Nacto, being the executive branch obliged to record in the Budget of the management of 1949 in the corresponding Item of Obligations of the Status, the amount needed to service the service of amortisation and interest.

ArtA-ass 4A ° .†" The Executive Branch will regulate this law.
