DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1A ° †" Crate in favor of the Aéreo Club Boliviano the following resources:
Recargo de "For each entry at any time of the first category of the first category" Bs. 0.50 at each entry of other categories, in the Department of Peace;
Recargo of Bs. 0.50 to every box of foreign cigarettes that is consumed in the Department of Peace.
Article 2A ° †" The performance of the tax referred to in the previous article-article shall be deposited fortnightly by the administrators or businessmen of the entities that trade with the public, in the tax account NA ° 2 of the Bolivian Club at the Central Bank of Bolivia, The offenders to this provision will be fined with Bs. 1,000.†" for each for the benefit of the School Breakfast. ArtA-culo 4A ° †" The Aéreo Club Boliviano, according to the Civil and Commercial Aviation Policy, and a plan to be submitted to the Power Executive, for approval in the end of 60 days from the date of promulgation of this law, will invest the sums raised in the increase of the School of Civil Pilots that currently operates in the Alto de La Paz; in the Installation of a Technical School of MecA, Meteorology-a and Radiocommunications; acquisition of flight material; purchase of spare parts, construction of hangars and tracks; installation of the services of
taxis and ambulance areas and auxiliary navigation lines, and in the payment of the technical and administrative personnel that is necessary.
ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The acquisition of all the implements destined for the Aéreo Club Bolivia is released from the payment of national, departmental and municipal taxes.
