ArtA-arse 1A ° †" From 1A ° January From 1950, the Municipality of Cochabamba will take charge of the execution, administration and conservation of all the works already built, in construction or to be built, relating to Pavement, Sanitation (Sewerage) and Drinking Water of their jurisdiction, and the personnel must be recast under their dependency, plans, projects, materials, machinery, furniture and other elements for the aforementioned public services.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The collection and investment of the resources created by special laws, including the tax Capital and Cercado loan; those affected by the payment of The consolidated activities for "Viality and Public Works" of Cochabamba, counter-two by the Executive in the Central Bank, by legal provisions in force; those destined to the contract of the new undertaking authorized by law of January 5 of 1945 and the fees charged for those services, including the laggard income from the payment made by the debtors of previous management, will be carried out by the Municipal Treasury of Cochabamba, according to the budget Split special in accordance with the rules laid down and applying those resources to the corresponding works.
