ArtA-arse 1A ° †" AlkaldA-to Municipal of the Province "Los Andes", to sell at auction public, the land of municipal property, called Sicuy-Collu and its adjacent ones.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The product of the sale referred to in the previous article, will be invested in its entirety in the construction of a theater in The capital of the province.
ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The Mayor-a Municipal of that locality may execute the work by administration or by contract ma ma ¡ s suit its interests.
