For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" With destination to public works of the province Sud Checcias the following 1/2% tax on the total value of any liquidation of the sale of mineral minerals-two from the province by the miners classified as boys, medium and large.
Article 2A ° †" The above resources will be discounted by the agency of the Mining Bank of Bolivia and the corresponding customs and deposited in special account of the Central Bank of Bolivia in charge of the Comité de Obras PAºblicas de Sud Cháticas.
ArtA-arse 3A ° †" AutorA-zase al Poder Executive to hire at the Central Bank of Bolivia an undertaking for the sum of Six million Bolivians (Bs. 6,000,000,†") which will be served with the previous tax.
ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The previous funds will be distributed as follows:
Tupiza, 40%
Atocha, 30%
ViIlazon, 30%
ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The Public Works of the different localities will highlight a member of their bosom, to constitute it? Comité de Obras PAºblicas de Sud Chichás†•, who will have the previous funds with the control of the Control A-a.
