DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The Church of the Sanctuary of Chaguaya, Arce province, of the Department of Tarija, is declared as "National Monument".
ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" In the National Cult Budget, of the management of the year 1949. the sum of fifty thousand Bolivians (Bs. 50,000,†") destined for repairs and conservation of the aforementioned Temple to the category of "National Monument".
Communal-to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
