DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The" Bolivian Red Cross ", affiliated to the" League of Red Cross Societies ", will be reorganized throughout the Republic, in accordance with the principles of the Geneva Conventions of 22 August 1864 and June 6, 1906 and the new guidelines of the Red Cross, according to what was resolved in the Congress of ParA-s on May 5, 1919 and the Conference of ParA-s on July 8, 1925, convened by the League of Societies of the Red Cross, The current Committee of the Bolivian Red Cross will be in charge of the organization of similar institutions of the other countries, in terms of their purposes, constitution and management.
