For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° †" For the import of goods and sports materials referred to in the Customs Tariff in force in their headings Nos. 375, 397, 404, 478, 482, 493, 508, 515, 574, 1037, 1143, 1148, 1152, 1153 and 1162, the State shall grant the foreign currency to official exchange.
Article 2A ° †" Imports of such Articles and sports equipment will be enforced with the customs duties currently in force and with the single surcharge for Change of Change of the Hundred per cent.
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" For a foreign exchange application to be considered by the repartitions entrusted with their grant, should have previously been authorized by the Departmental Department of Sports in the Capitals of Department.
ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The Departmental Committeors in the Capitals of Department, will open a special register of established traders who will Trade in goods and sports materials.
ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The Departmental Committee, in its jurisdiction, will control the sale prices, without prejudice to other repartitions tax, legally charged to do so, when it is deemed appropriate.
ArtA-ass 6A ° †" Companies or Sports Institutions with personA-a jura-dica recognized, may be on an equal footing, make imports direct to the exclusive use of their associates.
ArtA-ass 7A ° †" The 100 percent surcharge referred to in item 2A ° will be counted separately in each Customs and intended for the construction of" official " sports fields in the Department for the use of which makes the import of the market-a.
Article 8a€ " Vencies annually the tax management, the General Directorate of Customs will deliver to the Departmental Committeors mentioned in the article 3A °, the sums collected in the course of the management, and those Comitels, under its responsibility and by decision of the majority of its members, will determine the work in which they are to be invested, giving notice of this to the National Sports Committee.
ArtA-arse 9A ° †" The investments that are made in compliance with This law, will be made with the intervention of the Comptroller-General of the Republic.
ArtA-ass 10A ° †" The National Sports Committee will overmonitor compliance with this law.
ArtA-cull 11A ° â€" The provisions of this law shall enter into force from the 1st of January 1949.
