ArtA-arse 1A ° †" In view of the serious Perfect events in the district of Sapahaqui of the Province of Loayza From December 31, 1946 and January 13, 1947, the Catastral Tax is exonerated from all the fundos who were affected by such a disaster by the end of five years from the present year of 1948.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" This exoneration will be made in accordance with the results that have been verified by the Ministry of Agriculture during the year 1947 and those that can be done in compliance with this law.
