DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" The tax of 1/2% on the amount of the liquidations for the rescue of minerals made by the Minero Bank of Bolivia, from the Province of PoopA³, of the Department of Oruro; tax that will be retained by the same Bank, in time to pay to the interested ones.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" También is established equal tax of 1/2% ad-valorem, on the export of minerals from the same source, which through the Customs of the Republic, make the middle and wholesale miners, tax that will be liquidated, along with the export duties of customs cter.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" Such taxes, in seventy percent (70%) will be deposited Monthly, in special account, in the Central Bank of Bolivia, in order of the "Provincial Committee of Public Works of PoopA³", which will make a plan for the execution of works in the capital and singers; and the balance of thirty percent (30%) of these Taxes, will be delivered to the H. Municipal Board of the Province, to strengthen its General Budget.
